    This video displays chips accumulating while rotary broaching a half-inch square hole in a mill. Rotary Broaching is a fast, amazing and accurate method of producing internal and external forms while the machine spindle is rotating. The chip is a continuous type, and the amount of heat genereated is minimal.

    Slater recommends depths up to 1-1/2 times the diameter with their standard holders.
