i have an emco 425 with 810t controll and am trying to use the g131 transmit function it keeps going into alarm "2189 transformation undefined" program looks like this

hey,
I have the same system but probably there are differences. 425 should be considerably more modern than mine. (EMCO 120 PC turn Sinumerik 810T)
In my case, I must declare
F
S
M03/04
D T
M94 Perhaps I may mm / rev otherwise.
Have you seen the parameters are default, not what is loaded in the background. You should be able to see this in automatic / show line by line.
My system have not the alarm 2189.

Maybe you table view only a dump in a bigger program. You have not declare speed and M3/4.
But I can not find G131 in my Lathe or mill what does the command.
