    Work Light

I have two hyundai Kia vx500 Machines that the work lights will just sit and flicker and will not turn all the way on. If anybody has a solution to fix this I would gladly listen

    Thank you,
    Kyle

Sounds like a bad connection. I'd take out the bulbs and clean the contacts, try that. If that doesn't help they might just need to be replaced. Do not touch the blubs with your bare hands. The oils on your skin will cause the bulb to blow when you turn it on. Wipe off fingerprints with alcohol.

I didn't realize they were fluorescent. But you're right in thinking ballist maybe the problem if it has one or the starters. Bad starter will cause flickering. Did you check the pins in the bulb for corrorison? That green stuff.....

You might want to try some dielectric grease on the connections also...it helps.
