    Help on Realtime board replacement

    Hi guys,

I would like to replace real time board on my Arrow 1000 with A2100 control. Instead of buying a new one from Siemens, I am trying to put a regular Pentium-75 + 32MB ram pulled from PC. When I installed it the diagnostic manager says Conventional Servo failed(3-542-1340A+), Timer/Interrupt failed. Everythings else looks fine (RT bridge board,Realtime processor,Pendant). I guess maybe I should play around with the IRQ settings. Does anyone here ever try to replace RT board before?

You need to flash the Bios. on the mother board. Real time board does not uses factory mother board bios settings. I do have a copy of bios flash program in a zip file. I do not if this compatable with your mother board or bios chip.
