    NEED HELP, Puma 230ms barfeeder

Does anyone have a sample program for an smw spacesaver 2100 bar feeder?

The machine is a Puma 230 ms with a Fanuc 18T controller. I have an operator who hates the barfeeder and magically the subprogram has vanished along with the back up. It was so long ago that I had done this I do remember what was in it. Any help would be appreciated.

We have Space Saver 2000, 200 and 68 on Puma 200M and 200MS's with 18-T controls and the 2003 an some Lynx lathes with 21i-T controls. All are programmed the same way. The M91/M92 are 9000 series safe index programs I set up with an M-call. I set up the barstop to be called with a G-call. The barstop is always in station 1 on the Lynx lathes. These are the subprograms

You could use variables for some of the values such as the X approach, sfm, feedrate, etc. Work wants me to only use Mastercam which means I had to forego my preferred method which is this

    T #20= (FACING TOOL)
    X #24= (X-AXIS)
    Z #13= (MAX. RPM)
    S #19= (SFM)
    F #9= (FEEDRATE)

    and is called thusly

    N100G10P0Z-8.01 (BARSTOP)

This sets the X clearance, feedrate, sfm, max RPM, and tool used for facing although that almost never changes, but I wanted to allow for the possibility.

Now the roughing tool in the 200's is almost always in T08 while the barstop does change on occasion, so I added another variable for those lathes.

9018 BARSTOP SUBPROGRAM FOR #1512 DAEWOO

E #8 = BARSTOP MUST USE DECIMAL POINT
    T #20 = FACING TOOL
    X #24 = CLEARANCE
    M #13 = MAX RPM
    S #19 = SFM
    F #9 = FEEDRATE
