You'll have to call support. They have a patch to fix this.

I have the same issue. If anyone has a link to the patch and a destination path I would appreciate it.

    Thanks,

The link to the security error patch file is here:

    http://www.bobcadsupport.com/tech//B...23%20Patch.exe

But I would just update to the latest build and see if that fixes it first.

What build are you running now?

    Thanks BurrMan

    BurrMan,
You are the man, that did the trick. I am running 1326 and thought I read there were issues with the lastest release. I haven't experienced any woes (excluding the security error) so I thought I would stay put.

    Is the latest build stable?

Thanks so much for the help.

If you have a "spare" computer, why not take a look at the new update? That's the beauty of the dongle right there...

I've been working with the latest and greatest since it was released and I've been fortunate to have no major issues. I do have a computer that is running 1326 as a standby in case I do have trouble. Food for thought.

    gstegman,
Well thats kindof a loaded question!!! :O

It works great for me! As SBC said, trying to get a "Test computer" is the best way to go, Especially for the long haul.

Thre are many cool new enhancments as well as fixes for past shortcommings or bugs.

For the most part, getting on the latest build is always a good idea.

Putting anything new on a production computer that you rely on for everyday operations, is never a good idea.

If you are not needing and waiting for what has been released (some have), then you may wait.

A good policy to keep yourself happy, with regard to loading anything on a computer, is to proceed with the idea that it WONT WORK! Then be pleasently suprised and happy when it does! In short, If your proactive on a failure, it will never bother you and usually is just a couple minutes time to deal with it. Reactive usually means lost time, money, hair and all the rest.

It's kindof a business/life thing too. Unhappiness, disapointment, anger and all those words can be summed up into "You experienced/acheived a result different than what you expected". Simple to fix and avoid. Not always possible. Good knowledge to have.

    I loaded it.
