Hi All
I am new to cnc and would like to buy a ready to assemble kit. I like the Joes 2006 R-1 design and from what I have seen on his website there is a larger one available. I am wanting to cut sheets that are between 800mm - 1200mm wide by 1800-2400mm long. Does anyone sell the kits in Australia or cut the parts here for sale? Does anyone have any advice regarding these kits or if there is a more suitable one your help would be greatly appreciated.

hey Mike,
I am about to complete a MechMate build which could easily cutout the parts you need for a joecnc. But i think the shipping to queensland might be a bit pricey. Plus, if you want to cut large-ish sheets like you say, you might want to consider a Mechmate for yourself. checkout www.mechmate.com There are a couple of guys from Brisbane building machines who you might be able to get in contact with.

Thanks for your reply. How much did the Mechmate cost you to produce?And could I get the details of the company that supplied you with the parts? The reason is they have already provided you with the parts so it is likely they have archive the router files without a need to reprocess them again. If you have any pics is it possible to see them
