Reference point shifting in a VMC

    Hi,

A vertical machining centre is equipped with a Fanuc 0M-C control. Whenever the machine is switched off and then on, the reference point is shifting in X and Y axes by variable amount (The shifting is not consistent each time the off and on cycle is repeated). The screws of the limit switch banks and the actuators (of X and Y axes) are tightened but there is no change. Please advise on the next course of action

    Thanks

    Visu

I do think you should look into the X & Y deceleration switch, or replace it, it sound like the switch is not repeating
