    meldas 65 sm. alarm s03 nr 5c s

    hı all...

    my customer have got thıs problem.

    spindle is shaking , in normal tıme.

    m19 functıon ( orıent) max shakıng
    and gıve alarm.


    how is made solutıons?

    thıs machıne working not problem, but in waiting time shake spındle

    expected flickers?

    encoder problem?
    sensor set problem?

    Sounds like the PLG sensor may be out of adjustment or in need of replacement.

    ı reparied thıs machine.

    sensor is very very dirty ( oil and chıp)

    but , how is it dirtying.? intersting.
