I'm retrofititting a Tree 325 that has a General Numerics (Fanuc) spindle motor and need some help with figuring out the wiring. I have a schematic for the Tree that uses a Yaskawa motor and am try to determine if they are the same or completely different. I will be using a CT Emerson Unidrive Classic for the drive.
I have 4 pairs of wires for the control + a sheild which is where I need the help. I believe I have the power side understood.

The 4 pairs with (Yaskawa signals) are white(5V)/blk(0V)-green(RA)/blk(PA) - blu(RA)/blk(PB) - red(RC)/blk(PC). The colors are the same as the Yaskawa but I don't want to assume the connections are the same.

I am electrically challenged so spell slowly...
