Question help with cnc design software

hello everybody excuse me but im a very newbie here.
it jst happened that im handling the IT and my company has asked me to transfer the design parametric drawing software CAD4 from the the Brema MIG 10-10 cnc machine to another pc in order for the designer to sit in his office on his pc, draw the drawing then transfer it on a usb or cd to the machine for execution.
the problem is that i am not able to find the CAD4 software anywhere online.
    can anybody help concerning this?
again excuse me for my ignorance in this matter.
    thank you

Welcome aboard! Sorry no answer to your question -- I'd bet there are a number of folks that are familiar -- but there is a lot of traffic on the CNCZone - and maybe missed it? or, Maybe the question would better fit in the CAD Software discussion pages - but you could ask there and link to this I suppose. I was interested in the software so did a little looking too.

It appears that the formats CAD4 uses are DXF/DWG (from old website):
"Professional cartographic Raster to Vector conversion Import Export AutoCAD DXF and DWG files Image Acquire and Processing."

All the links I found were dead - and no downloads/ Bet you'll have to find a replacemnt for the fellow to use in his office setting. Wasn't too expensive -- listed at 99USD - so other similar options may be out there.

    Good luck - happy hunting.

    Cheers - Jim
Experience is the BEST Teacher. Is that why it usually arrives in a shower of sparks, flash of light, loud bang, a cloud of smoke, AND -- a BILL to pay? You usually get it -- just after you need it.

If you bought the software, you should have the disks to install it. Or should be able to get a new copy from where you purchased it from. If you didn't buy it, you're not going to get any help here.
