my mill project needs 16mm screws, with 175/320/275mm travels with machined ends for thk "BK" style bearing blocks.

so these are c5 rolled screws with no backlash? havent seen many rolled screws at that precision. prices seem good though.

now i just need this machine cast

you mentioned some other stuff in your first post. spindles, motors. what type do you have of these?

for linear rails, i assume its just round rails correct?

I will post pictures of ballscrews tomorrow , they are high precision rolled and not from china,also have 2 year warranty 0.018 guarantee ,lots of companys produce 0.018 but people dont want to spend the extra money and just get 0.023 or higher , i will give prices on spindles,inverters and motors and other but i only but the prices on products we have here as of now . More products coming every week, plus have a lot of parts made in Canada ,as in motor mounts ,cnc frames ,coupling ,z axis ,end support bearing housings , y axis,and x axiz frame's and made in north american aluminum . 270oz motor will be $29 and 425oz $ 35 CDN but i will post the prices of products that will be here in sept, the prices there are for round rails and TBR and SBR supported rails, We are trying to make as much of the parts in North America as we can , with out prices being unreal.because if a part is $7 made in can or usa people would buy it from other country if it was $5

heres an example lits of parts i need for my open source mill - small/medium/large

ball screws, C5 or better, 5mm lead, 16mm/20mm/25mm diametre.
BK bearing blocks to match screws.
linear profile rails, narrow block, ball or roller, 20mm/25mm/30mm.
brushless spindle motor with inverters, 6000-12000rpm, 1-3KW.
high speed spindle motors with inverters. ER chuck or iso ATC. 24000rpm+.
brushless ac servo motors with drives, nema23/1NM/3000rpm, nema34/2nm/3000rpm with step direction input drives.

trying to get inexpensive but still high quality components to keep these machines at good prices.

cool. are those the same chinese spindles as on ebay/keling with an er20 chuck?

the ground screws seem like a good option too if the price is only 20% more.
