    If we were to start making machines in America again, we probably wouldn't use cast iron. It's easier and cheaper to use mineral castings.

    ive looked into the eg stuff alot for small machines. i dont actually think it is cheaper for the class of machine we are aiming for, but if you have a north american supplier of this, send it along and ill look into it.
