    Wood router bits and Aluminum?

I was suprised what this person has done with what appears to be wood router bits and a hand drill mounted in a press. Maybee I wasted my money bying a mill machine.

Yes you did. I'll take it off your hands for $50.

Aluminum is not that difficult to work with using standard woodworking tools. If you remove most of the waste material before routing, it routes fairly easily.

I use wood router bits for corner rounding on my MC all the time. They are cheap and provide a good surface finish too over some HSS Corner rounding tools.

Thanks for response. I am trying to absorb as much as possible. I have a Grizzly G0484 that I have not even put the plug on yet. I hope to build custom parts for my cars. I hope to gain allot from others knowledge.
