    NX Toolpath Visualization Time Study

    Yo....
Is there anything inside NX5 tool path visualization that will allow me to semi accurately time study the simulated toolpaths? If so can I run the animation at the fastest setting when doing so?

    Machine time

On the operation navigator you can get the machine time for milling operations. If you open a file from a previous version you may need to add the column.

I don't know of any way to see the time from the verification dialog

    Smile Awesome!

Most excellent Camster, I never expanded my operation navigator out that far because it would obscure the rest of the screen. This is where the 2 monitor setup comes in handy.
At first the column was blank but the times filled in as I regenerated the operations.

    Thanks!

    Mongo,
In NX manufacturing you can display the Time and Length of milling tool paths on the operation navigator. On the Operation Navigator you can right click in the empty area and select Properties. Click on the Columns tab and you can change the order of the columns by selecting the time and Length columns and move them up on the list. You can make them #2 and #3 so you don't need to expand the navigator to see the time.
