    Its Alive

    My gallery

    Yee Hoo it made something.
Cutting board slides on cheap ace hardware zinc plated rods for Y and Z
skate board bearings on C channel for X
    Driven by Xylotex

Like I've read . Dont dwell so much on the planning that you dont start.

Started 45 days ago with a piece of all thread and half a clue. It just happened.

    Good on you Dave.

Its such a nice feeling when you see that all that hard work you put in, actually pay off.

    Fantastic effort.

Nice job! I am glad that somebody finally used that channel idea that I had ages ago, or had the same idea anyway (I am not one of those guys that thinks I am the only one that can see something one way...no, not talking about anybody indparticular!).

    Thanks ,
This router was just built by watching this web site and drawing ideas on paper .No real plans. See a machine here make a little sketch, go to
    ace hardware buy stuff :stickpoke
The x axis was built faster than any stage .

At first I was going to use 1" x 1/8 bar stock but had one that wasnt straight, we're back at the store they are out of that size , then I see that chanel ,ohhhh.
Dont know how long it'll last ,but its straight

I thought to get to this stage it would be so hard and expensive .
This site has so much information and usefull ideas, that it makes this possible ,Thankyou .
