Hello friends!

I have found a 3.5” floppy from Pentium II computer driven by a 52-pinned chip, FDN303. I think it is a 2-phase bipolar stepper motor inside. It has 4 wirings and needs 5V but I don’t know the need of Ampere. I want to interface the screw-motor alone for my kids to play with.
Is this too hard to do cause I haven’t found anything about it on the net or am I blind?
How can I do this the simplest and cheapest way? Please try to give me some hints to come further. Can I use the LPT and a homemade H-bridge? I need help with the interface but have no info on how to do this.

Regards
