Vinyl paint masks (what type of vinyl?)

I want to cut my own vinyl paint masks for RC airplanes. I'm looking for a vinyl that has a very low tack adhesive backing so that I can place the mask on an already painted surface and not have to worry about lifting paint when I remove the mask. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can buy vinyl like this?

    Thanks,
    Steve

Almost all vinyl suppliers carry paint mask.
The last stuff I bought seemed pretty grippy but pealed off without to much force .Not really low tack though.
You can use transfer tape to apply it ,so that means it has higher tack than transfer tape?

    Big patterns ?

No not really big patterns. Mostly letters and national markings. The letters would be about 3 to 4 inches tall and national markings would be a little smaller.

    Little old thread but still....

Where i can find paint mask i can cut with laser. Local supplier has paint mask but it is PVC and it's not good to machine and operator.

    Thanks
