    Question Running the CNC from PCMCIA CARD

    I just bought a PCMCIA card and fitted into the proper slot in the cabinet of the CNC, How do I make the machine read a program from it? Also How can I transfer programs to it without disconnecting it, through the RS232 port?

    No problem

    on control press offset>then offset again to bring you to page called handy settings. At top of page the first line is parameter write enable. Look down the same page to Channel change this to a 4 that initiates pcmia card reading. Then go to dir. like normal with mem option on (Button or switch:mdi hand,etc) you'll see the CARD selection pick it and caryy on.
