Exclamation Using Mach3 with a 4 axis foam cutter

    Hello,

I've setup my 4 axis foam cutter to run through Mach3, all works ok when in jog mode & running a demo cut file, if you hit move to zero X,Y & 4 axis go to zero but Z stays put until the other three are at zero then this moves to zero. What's worrying me is if you have to stop the machine & go to zero all the other axis return then z starts it's move after the other have reached zero.

I understand when using a router that goes to a safe height until everything is at zero to prevent gouging & tool breakages.

How do I configure X & Z axis to go to a safe height before moving to zero

probably a better idea to ask in the mach3 area instead of the foam cutter area
    thanks
