i home made a 5-axis machine: (XYZ) and B axis (XZ rotation with 120deg/-120 deg limit) and C axis (XY rotation- no rotation limit ). The B and C axis are not interconnected. B is attached to the Z axis. The C axis rotates a rotary table attached on the XY plan.

I use Alphacam as cad/cam software. and Mach 3 as control software.

the standard post processors loaded in the alphacam software opearte properly ONLY IF the B/C axis are interlinked and both fixed on the z axis.

i need also the post processor to allow:
- B offset (but this is ok in alphacam as there is a setting for the toolholder length from the pivot point)
- C offset from the pivot point of the rotary table as compared to the zero, zero of the piece (or the C/L of the tool)

Could someone write for me a post processor to operate the mill with alphacam? ready to pay if necessary.

thanks for your help
