    Fadal Feedrate Potentiometer Doesn't Function

The feedrate potentiometer on my Fadal 1996 4020 doesn't function and I believe as a result the machine will not restart when the feed hold is pressed. Any input is very appreciated. I already replaced the potentiometer itself but that did not correct the problem.

Thanks in advance for the help.

If the 1090 Keyboard interface card was upgrade, chances are that the brown connector top left need the wires to be reverse.
at the 1020 clock card is a small brown connector make shure is ploged in.

Thanks for the heads up Denmar. I'm holding off messing with it myself but once an EE friend comes over with a logic probe I'll mess with that connector on the upper left hand corner of the board. Unfortunately it looks like it was installed properly and I haven't found any other wires hanging out anywhere. Judging by the lack of keyboard debouncing I can't imagine the keyboard interface card is an upgraded one anyhow.
