    saveing prints

    How do i save a bobcad v23 print so i can e-mail it without the cad data.
    I want to e-mail just the drawing like a .jpg or somthing.

    Can you scan it on a copier that hooked up to your computer and save as a different file extension.

    If you push and hold the PrtScn button on your key board for 1 or 2 sec, it will save a jpg image of your part that you have open in the BobCAD/CAM program file image folder by default. You can change the Image file directory by going to preferences (in the bob cad drop down menu)/ setting default /directories / images.

    Images

    It doesnt seem to be saveing anythine in images.Is there a computer setting that i need to change?if i do ctrl and print screen it does a screen shot of everything including all the bobcad stuff like the cam tree and tool bars.

    As mentioned, if you use Ctrl+Prtscrn, you're just copying image to your clipboard which you paste into a graphics prog and edit. (as I did with this image)

    To save your Bobcad screen image, set your image directory in Preferences and press prtscrn only. You may hear the hard drive as it records the file.

    On laptops, you may need to press a function key to activate the prtscrn.
