NEW COMPACT TECHNIFOR LASER for MARKING a WIDE RANGE of MATERIALS and SURFACES

The new Technifor compact and sturdy TF420 20W fiber laser marking unit provides high quality marking at a writing speed of up to 2.5 m per second with a skipping speed of up to 5 m/s. The compact marking head, just 10 cu. dm, features a longer diode service life to 100,000 hours. The air cooled TF 420 with built-in I/O has a compact head that can be mounted in any orientation. The unit is designed for medium to large production runs in automotive, medical, electrical and mechanical components over a wide range of materials including plastics, metals or ceramics, and difficult surfaces such as cast aluminum, steel or titanium.

The TF420 laser marking unit comes with the intuitive, ergonomic Technifor T700W marking program. It manages traceability data and easily links to production databases.

    The TF 420 marking head weights 15 lbs and is 16.2” x 5.5” x 7.9” (L X W X H). Marking areas include: 70 x 70, 120 x 120, 180 x180, 240 x 240 mm with working distance of 130, 210, 330 465 mm respectively. A broad range of operating frequencies allows for many marking grades, varying from 20 to 100kHz with maximum energy level of 1mJ.

The remote control unit can be fitted into a 19" rack and features an integrated buffer memory.
