    Gecko G540 Relay Help

    Hello

I just ordered my first Gecko G540 from Kelinginc.net and I would like to use a relay to turn my M12VC router on and off through Mach3, my question is what voltage does the G540 use for the relay, Do I need 48v @ ?amp
and does anybody know a good place to get the relays? I believe the router is 120v@12amp.

    Thanks

The G540 doesn't supply current to the relay, it merely switches a current path. According to the owner's manual, the outputs can handle 0-50V at 1A. I used a small 12V power supply to power my relays. See page 4 for a wiring diagram.
