Vow, this is a new generation professional Desktop CNC milling machine. DMC-III is manufactured by ACT machines in Los Angeles, California USA. This is compact light weight high precision and highly reliable Machine.

The attached picture was taking from a special camera which demonstrates the precision 3D contour capability. The DMC-III produced the aluminum mold used to manufacture this 2 mm x 2 mm plastic face. This is so tiny but you can see he is smiling. ( a grain of rice at left for reference). The mold is shinning smooth resulting from the CNC milling without any polish.

It is built by latest micro process technologies and company proprietary control algorithm. There are 5 CPU in each controller box. The advanced "bipolar sine wave" instead of "bipolar chopper" micro step control algorithm is used. Please refer to technologies page
