    Mach3 offset issue

I have been using Mach3 for a while now with no issues until now. I did something that gave my Z axis a 1" offset. If I want to plunge 1/2" I have to program it (G code) to plunge 1.5"?? If I don't do that i'll only cut air. Can anybody help me with this problem?

Check your steps/unit in motor tuning.

Check the offset page to make sure you are in G54 mode.

Check to tool table to make sure you haven't got an offset on the tool number your using.

Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it. I'm pretty sure the steps/units is OK since if I jog the axis 1", for example, it moves an inch and the Z axis position indicator shows an inch. I'll check out the offset page and tool table.

Is there a G43 tool length offset in your code?
