Hi All

Very new member here looking for a little guidance. I have read the comments about retrofit but I am in the position of already owning a BP. So I am looking to retrofit. I have come across the above system that seems ideal but at a real bargain price. Can anyone comment on the quality of the logitrol systems? I see it uses Mach 3 software which seems ideal for my use (I want to cheat and load .dwg direct) and seems to be respected by all.

This is my first post here goes.

I ordered one of the Logitrol CNC 4 axis Servo kits with 1200 oz/in servos. When i received it I took it apart to find 4 Gecko G320s, a BOB, and power supply. After months of reading here on the Zone and playing with my kit if I were to do it again I would build it myself for 1/2 of the cost with the same parts. It is a good kit done nicely and works great and for beginners like me at the time, sure makes it easy. I am putting it on a boss 8 I am in the process of retrofitting. So far all I have done is hook it all up with the motors tuned and running on my den floor playing with Mach while I am building the adapter plates and shafts for the motors and going through the mill from top to bottom.
