    Bridgeport powerpath 15

    Hi I really need help I have an older ROMI bridgeport powerpath 15 and we recently move but during the move somehow the hard drive became inoperable now I have a machine that I can't use, we tried to retreive the info off the drive but we were not successful (drive is dead).. Any Ideas? Thanks

    The hard drive is usually fairly well protected. Do you have voltage to it? Is the data cable attached (correctly)? If it is attached to a IO board, is that plugged in correctly?
    Is the CMOS set correctly? have you tried attaching it to a desktop PC as a slave drive to see if you can access it? Does the CRT come up and what error comes up on that?

    Hi George,
    yes all of the cables were plugged in and I did connect it to another computer and attempted to retreive the info from it but it does not show up on my other computer..
