RFQ.. CUSTOM PIN GAGES needed... Hard Steel, 26.5mm - 60mm by .5mm increments..

I'm located in northern, NJ. This is what I'm looking for:

I need to get a price from somebody to make me custom PIN gauges out of some type of hard steel (maybe A2 or even 303/304 stainless)

-Sizes: 26.5mm thru 60mm by .5mm increments (70 pieces total), each piece 2" long.
-45 degree chamfer on both ends to cut the sharp corners
-stamped or laser marked with the size on at least one of the ends
    -Tolerance -.001", +.000"

    See attached Excell Spreadsheet

    Shipped to northern NJ.

Please PM me with quotes and lead time if interested..

    Thanks!

All of these are larger than one inch. I don't think they'd be stocked by any gage manufacturer, especially at 2" long. Think hockey pucks.

We can do them in any of those materials you like. The hardened steel is going to be a expensive venture in just material allone, I think. The stainless steel would probably be the cheaper way to go, but it is going to cost you more to machine then aluminum. I will send you a quote.

Can you tell us how you're going to use these? Might help us "get it". We might be able to suggest ways to bring your costs down.
