I'd be more likely to help if you could come up with a *.mcx file instead of *.emcx or possibly a parasolid (*.x_t) model...

    Is that possible ?

    just a few questions
    was this done in art?
if it was not i had a similiar problem before where the letters were not above the surface that you are cutting on- make sure the letters are above the actual surface
please resend the file as amc file

Here is an updated version showing a finishing strategy I use nearly every day.

Sorry but I switched the file to inch units so I could use my default settings and tools.

Brandou, I just downloaded it fine from here which is a totally different location from where I created and uploaded the file...

The trouble downloading must be on your end, I think...
