    Unhappy Z bearing block

Can anyone shed some light on the errors I found regarding the Z Bearing block.
Spacing for the 4 U-bolts differ from Acad drawing to solid. Instruction say to bend u-bolts closed to 4-1/4". Spacing is only 2-1/2" on Acad, and 2-1/4" on solid. What is he talking about? I'd hate to scrap this pricey sheet of delrin

you will need to compress the u bolt to the correct dimension, i could not find a 2 1/4" one myself and had to use a slightly larger one.
    Thanks,

Thanks for the reply. I understand what you're saying, it's just that I used the .dwg drawing in your plans to machinine the block at 2-1/2" u-bolt spacing, which differs from the e-drawing dims of 2-1/4"
