    hey...

Just making my first post here and saying hi...

Im a certified welder and a car enthusiest. I mainly deal with Rx7's and Rotary Powered cars. I got into welding because i wanted to make my own parts. So i taught myself a little, and then went to school for it. But being a welder can only take you so far. i still had to have a machine shop make a few parts so i can weld them up. So, I now start machining school today! sweet! lol...

I dont know where to start. I barely know the difference between a mill and a lathe. any ideas where i should start readin first to get me going?

Buddy of mine races SCCA Spec RX7. Ive worked on the cars for him a few times. They are neat little 10,000+ rpm engines. I myself drag race a 86 mustang.
