    kt15 indexing tool disk/turret?

when I home (zero return) the lathe is the tool disk supposed to index? The manual mentions the turret will "initialize" at startup but I have yet to see it rotate when zeroing the machine. The disk is 180 degrees off from the tool called out in MDI , when I pull the tool setter into place it shows the same tool I have called out but the tool # I have called out is on the other side of the disk

figured it out, thought I should update in the event someone searches this issue in the future.

1 under turret heading hold "select" and press the turret jog button until tool 1 is aligned with spindle

    2 place machine in estop

3 press "spindle stop" "select" (the one beside machine lock) and "feed hold" at the same time (takes two hands)

This will set the location on the tool disk aligned with the spindle as T100 (tool 1)
