O.K. guys I've been working with bubba and Les from sheetcam and have a question regarding the mach3 limit... I am currently using the free demo program and was wondering if there is a limit on it... the thing is.. I've duplicated a drill tool path in sheetcam and it looks fine, and les said it's correct.. but when i load the g-code in mach3 there is a complete row of drill holes missing in the duplicate layer... Anybody know why this is??

500 lines of g-code. If your code has more, they won't be displayed on the screen, and Mach3 will just stop when it gets to line 501.

Yep that's what it is.. A single bracket has 337 lines of G-code, and both brackets have 663 lines of G-code.. Well i suppose i will have to machine one at a time then.. No biggie!!

Perhaps i better take a look at the cut path on these as well.. although they look correct..

Just slide the scroll bar in the gcode window to the bottom. It'll only display 500 lines, so if you don't see the last line, then something's getting cut off.
