    Hi Dualkit

    The part is around a 8cent to 11cent part molded depending on material cost,You don't build a complete mold on a job like this, you use an old mold & just put some cavitys in it,this is quite fast to do on a simple part like this was, but you do need to add your machining cost of the mold to that price, Cycle time 15sec to 28sec for 5 pieces, so around 10 pieces per min

    So you have a injection molder mactec? Because if you don't you sure aint making much money on this, but on the other hand I don't know how much a injection molder charges for 3 1/2 -4 hours of run time.

    My price was 32cents this included machining of the mold but I could do it for the above price

    Molding machines yes I have them photo of my new one

    Yeah thats a nice machine you have there, we never went all the way and bought a injection molder. We've machined molds of different sorts, but allways farmed out the molding portion of it. Nice machine though, how big of molds can you do?

    Hi universalfab
    The size of mold that machine can run is like 13.2"x17" or 14.2"x17" I don't go much over 12.5x12.5 my self, Platen day light 25.6" shot 5.5 oz.
