Ok, I am now designing the arms that the y axis will ride on. My issue/question is this... if I leave the design like this the center of any mill I would use will be sticking out very close to 1.28" from the last point of the bearing block. Is this an issue? In my pic you can see what looks like 2 extra lines on the drawing. The horizontal line with the circle on the end represents the location where a cutting tool will be. (The circle obviously representing the cutter) The vertical line represents the end of the bearing block. Mind you that the circle just represents the cutter that rides in the center of the router, there will be an additional 2"-2.5" of hardware hanging out in front of that, the rest of the router, its mount, etc....
