    chaining a slot

    Depending on the cutter compensation I use my tool gouges the part when I try to machine a slot. Please help me with the proper procedure on chaining a slot and how to produce a good tool path. I used the slot mill toolpath under the circle path tool paths.

    Look at the lead in/lead out in the parameters. Then buy better software. Edgecam or Solidcam.
