Inexpensive vacuum work holder for my cnc router

I put together a pretty good vacuum hold down for about 100.00

The details can be found here: http://www.lockeconsulting.com/lockeblog/?page_id=132

    Does this SUCK, or what!!!

I really like your discovery. The plastic is cheap enough that one can make several different sizes/patterns to fit various/unique projects. Great use of cost effective, readily available items. A true DIY solution. Thanks for posting.

    Randy,

Nice posting, thanks for the tip on using shelf-lining material. Funny thing is I have rolls of that stuff sitting around but never thought to use it in a vaccum setup.

    Thanks,
    Robert

How many people have used this solution? Would you share your results?

    Thanks,
    James
