Has your problem been solved? I have the same machine and have faced similar problems.
Does your machine have a Power Mate E as Turret Drive? If yes then do you have a DPL/MDI unit?

If not then you need to buy one. I bought it at approx USD 1000 from Fanuc, India.

Alarm no. 1033 is sub-divided into a number of Alarms that can only be viewed through a DPL/MDI unit.
When you plug the DPL/MDI unit in the Power Mate E, you will get the exact nature of alarm.

You need to then trace the alarm number on Power Mate E manual to know the exact nature of problem.
