I have a Hardinge CHNC I with a Fanuc OT control. Tried calling up the 9150 collet dwell macro and got a 115 P/S Alarm. My manuals do not say what this is. Can anyone here help me with this?

Check That The Macro Isn't Corrupted. Check The Machine To Be Sure The Collet Dwell Can Be Done At This Point In The Program. Run Through The Check List Of Simple Things. Something Doesn't Agree With That Procedure. O.t. Manuals Are Hard To Come By In This Neck Of The Woods.

If you have the operator manual, it should show this alarm.
It is illegal variable number. Or a variable number is not assigned in amacro call.

My manual only lists alarms 1-100.
I assume your correct on the illegal variable #.
I did change a variable in the macro.
The OT control does not have a D key on it but the manual says I can sub H for D. So I modified the macro and changed variable #7(D) to #11(H). Or I should say thought #11 was for H.
Does anyone have a copy of the 9150 macro for the Hardinge collet dwell macro for a OT control. I just checked my newer Cobra 51 with a Fanuc 21i-T control and its collet dwell program is different and actually makes more sense to me.
