    2006 VF-2SS

    Guys,
Is there a source to get belleville washers for a drawbar? I am being told by the HFO that you need to buy the complete spindle with the drawbar and it doesn't make any sense at all. Because of a few $1.39 cupped washers, they want me to spend $3500.00 for a spindle. (wedge) I thought gas was getting exspensive!! We are a complete machining / fab shop, with machines all over the world, and can't get a few washers. The machine is now out of warranty and I would like to fix it myself without a huge expense. Any assistance is welcomed. Thanks in advance!!

    Spring Washers

You should find them easy, do a search on SPRING WASHERS.
    Is this what you want.

Also you could search under DISC SPRINGS or SPRING DISC

    Hey guys,
Time was of the essence and couldn't afford to have the machine sitting while I played with the spindle. So you guessed it, I had to buy a spindle and get the machine running asap. Thanks for the replies and hopefully someone can figure out how to do this cheaper. I look at it like this: need a spark plug? Have to buy the engine!

I had to replace some broken spring washers in a VF2SS today I got the springs from McMaster carr. they were identical springs and it was down only a couple of hours. Went from 0 lbs of force to 1500 lbs. I think thet were only about 2.00 for a pack of 12.
