3/8" thick aluminum, 2D cuts, 2 different pieces, 20 sets required

I need a quote to have some parts cut. Here's the info:

3/8" thick aluminum, 2D cutting only.
Part 1: triangular shape about 22" long x 18" wide.
Part 2: rectangle shape about 12" long x 11" wide.

The parts are both lattice structures and will be used for spoiler/wing mounts. Attached to this post is an example picture of what I need. THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL DESIGN I NEED CUT, I'm just posting this pic so you see the type of work I need done.

I already have vector / cad files ready to use.

Please PM me with a quote for:

    A) Two of Part #1, Two of Part #2 (for sample/fitment)
    B) Twenty of each piece (for initial production run)

    Thanks,
    T

Those are some tall wing mounts! What are they for, if you don't mind me asking.

Here is a picture of our race car with similar mounts. I used 1/4" plate, but am going to be making some thicker ones at some point. I don't know how much downforce we're making, but without the wing the rear tires would literally lift off the track at 140 MPH or so. Now it's totally stable at 158 MPH.

I would like to quote for you, but i need to know how tight your tolerances are and a better idea of the exact configuration so i can figure tooling costs. If you send me the file i can let you know an exact figure. You can send it to [email protected]. Thanks!

The risers are for a wing for road racing cars. We'll be using a 3D aerofoil that generates quite a bit of down force at speed (and when cornering) thus the need for 3/8" material. Straight down force is part of the stress, lateral force is the other... Ill be replying to PM's tomorrow when I'm sitting at my computer. Thanks everyone

Sorry for the delay in replying back to everyone - I had some family come into town, and we're also waiting on some other components to come in so we can finalize the cad files.

Send a copy of the drawings to [email protected] for me to quote. What kind of time frame are you looking at for running these parts?

    Thanks

OK so I believe all I have to replied to everyone who contacted me so far.

We now have our design about 98% complete and so I think I can get some real quotes now.

If you haven't already heard from me, and you want to submit a quote, please PM me and include your email address so I can send files.

Now I will need a total of 4 different parts: 2 aluminum, and 2 steel. I can provide more info when I send files for quote.

    Thanks everyone!

I don't believe I've been replied to. Did you have the files complete enough to look at for getting the material dimensions yet?

I would like to have the opportunity to quote these.

[email protected] (I prefer SolidWorks format, drawings saved as .pdf work for me as well)

    Thanks!
