3 HP Colombo Spindles Now Available

The 3.0HP Colombo RV73 Spindle can now be added to the IronMan Router Series and comes with a Hitachi x200 VFD. The benefits of an actual router spindle vs a hand router have been discussed many times.

I just checked your items on Ebay. Will you be posting any photo's or motor spec's for your ironman router on your web site?. The cad generated views are great but I'd like to see real photo's and videos. Also will you be offering a larger working footprint in 24"x96"or 48"x96"?

Whoa, slow down there friend! In an effort to maintain a more consistent structure on the website, we have moved the "special" sales to eBay for the time being until we can put together a good place for them on the site. Which will hopefully be sooner rather than later. Thanks for bearing with us, during this transition.

We will keep that one posted on eBay through the end of March.

    My apologies for the confusion.

Sorry for the delayed posting, I usually get a notification when new posts arrive.

Anyway, yes, some of the router specs are on the site on the order page when you click on the images. We will be putting these specs right on that page so that they are harder to miss a little later on.:rainfro:

    Electronics specs:
    -Motors: 387 oz. in. Nema 23, 3.5amp
    -Drivers: Gecko G540
    -Power Supply: 48v, 12.5amp

We are putting together a demo machine now alongside one customer's Colombo upgrade. This machine will be used for pictures, videos, etc. We'll have that for you in about 2-3 weeks. With the photos we will post a major update to the website, based on comments like the ones you have given here. So thank you for those.

Finally, future plans for the Ironman include a 36"x48" (48" wide gantry - to better fit standard panels) machine and possibly a 48"x48". Anything bigger than that will be a custom build or fall into our Spartan lineup, which is still super secret.

I don't like paying for shipping! And I'm sure you all feel the same way.

We're going to do our best to always offer free UPS ground shipping on all Colombo Spindles ordered on the website. Yes even the big ones! Enjoy.
