4 HP water cooled router spindle and controller - Brand New- Arizona

I inherited a AVID CNC router parts machine that was never put together and and part of the parts is a brand new 4 HP water cooled spindle and inverter. I am not going to use this spindle so it is for sale. The inverter is made by Fuling model number DZB312B003.7 and is rated at 3.7 KW 15 A 0-1000 Htz. The motor has 2 different size collets. I am asking $250.00 and can deliver in the phoenix area if in the east valley. The motor weight in at 28 pounds so shipping would be expensive so I am not interested in shipping the unit unless you are willing to pay for the shipping. Neither unit has ever been run.

is this still available? I'd be potentially interested in paying for shipping out to CA.
