This is just the basic functionality: AC servos under mach/SS control, VFD Spindle, DL205 PLC on TCP for main IO control, Night Vision Flash screen.
The spiders are still on crack that are in my cabnet........ but it is just the basic function Test and make sure it works stage1......

hehehehe, you aint right in the head my friend...... thanks.

Still got a long way to go on the cabinet/CNC control. Kinda work on it when I have the time and more importantly the money.....

The machine (physical), will be a Major PIA, I was wanting to do an Epoxy Granite base, (been talking to Cameron), on this site who is one of the lead dogs on that front. He said they are quite there yet on the system.

Of course finding a good price on Profile Rails, blocks and ball screws, will be a nice trick as well.

The bigest thing I dread is building a Trunion table.

The PLC has a 2 axis motion module in it, that I will use to drive the Arm type ATC, and sycronize the Pallet changer.

If you have a good line on "Affordable" Metal materials that would be nice as well........

NOTE: The guy in the video for the 5 axis Spinning lathe, had me send him a 6 axis spin lathe control, for the new machine he is building, I will love to see a vid of it when he gets the build done.

The mechanical part is really a PIA, letting the parts you need to be milled or grinded is SO expensive, its my problem to.
Did i understood it right, are they there on a EG formula?

Are you going to work with a sort off harmonic drives?
For the metals you maybe cann look at the Misumi cataloge.

On the EG, I dont know where they are at, other than "were close" according to the last time I talked to Camereon which was a while back. Thanks for the link to the ground plate and stuff, that will definatly help.
