    Question Aggregate heads

I've never toolpathed with aggregate heads before and I am not sure how to go about it in MasterCAM X5.

How would I set-up the head in MX5, and how would I make a toolpath with it?

Also, how would I measure the tool?
Our machine only does 3 axis normally and we just bring the tool down to the table and stop when it touches a bit of paper underneath.

Try using your planes. I do not know if there is any need to set up a head as a separate tool. Just select the cutter needed from your tool library. I did a test on X3 and it seemed to work as i expected it to.
