Alarme 1151 MCS Exception processing #13

Hi I have alarm on Okuma Ma-50HB OSP U-10. Each time when I try to start spindle, I got this alarm, I checked drive and replaced 3 IGBT modules because one was broken. I checked a motor of spindle: looks like “short ‘’on every outs (U-X, V-Y, W-Z).Does anybody know how ohms I should have on spindle motor leads 22kw? Sorry for my English.

check Your drive unit thoroughly. Okuma motors are very rigid.

Sounds like a double wound motor. You need to check U<V<W to each other, and X<Y<Z together. Then check all to ground with a megaohmer. Then check the switching contactors, im sure it has them. Okuma motors rarely fail.

Checked contactor looks good, motor is not grounded. Unplug motor from drive - no alarm, only velocite alarm because of encoder. Any suggestions?
