Hello guys
I need a top class tool! I need to make chips from 2 tons of aluminum in a very short time.
There is enough engine power available ( 45Kw). However it is very slow so that HPC can become difficult. The engine speed is too low for high speed cutting ( HSC).
My machine:
Waldrich Coburg Multitech
Engine power: 45 KW
n: 6300min-1
Fmax: 9m/min

Well it depends.
Get an IGEL with aluminum plates and then a Seco Aeromaster or the same product from Garant or Rineck.
You can leave them at n: 6300min-1
Fmax: 9m/min without any problems.
