Anybody have any experience with Hotrodfab.com DIY Plasma Cutter ?

Looking to build a 4X4 plazma with THC. Anybody have any experience with Hotrodfab.com DIY Plasma Cutter ?
The guy that designed it is out of Canada and recommends candcnc.com which seems kinda pricy...

He is recommending the BladeRunner Dragon Cut 300-4 Motion Package for $1,790.00

Our shop has been using CandCNC products on a 5 X 10 plasma cutter for probably
10 years or more, I think we were one of his first customers.
Tom,the owner is very helpful, and stands behind his products 100 percent.
We have had very few problems.
    Well worth the money.
Don't have any experience with Hotrod fab.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but I'm still wondering why it is so expensive ($1795) compared to say a $295 kit
on eBay: There must be something major here I'm missing?

<<<<There must be something major here I'm missing?>>>>
The eBay package is only parts.
The CandCNC system is fully assembled in a case, all wiring with plugs,
Gecko drivers, tested ready to go with a 2 yr. warranty.
The eBay kit mentions router, so there is no THC, torch height control.
If your building your own system, this is just the beginning, think about the
plasma cutter, torch, air compressor, air drier, vent for smoke, software,
    computer etc.

I also came across their website, and curious if anyone has purchased their plans. Did you end up going that route, or are you still looking? I want to build a plasma table and I've been doing some research, I just finished my desktop router build.

Yes I ordered from them the full 4' gantry kit and also ordered the candcnc motion package with the 620 oz motors and linux computer. Ive spent already $4000 so I hope its gonna be worth it..
